The property is located near two train stations, which is convenient, but overall it feels a bit far from major attractions, especially if you’re relying on public transportation. The amenities were good and enough. The cleanliness was decent, but there’s room for improvement. The bathrooms, in particular, could benefit from a more thorough deep clean, especially in the corners and on the floors. The staff experience was not the best. For example, they only deliver luggage to your room if it was shipped through the specific company they work with. I also asked for a voltage converter, and while they did have one available, I was told I had to go downstairs to collect it myself. Overall, the stay was okay, but a bit more attention to cleanliness and service would make a big difference.

We had queen bed rooms - They were relatively big, with fabulous city view (Regular roos are too small with no interesting view). The lounge was great with a coffee machine 24 hours, snacks, and beverages in the afternoon - this was very refreshing. Breakfast was very good, with a variety of choices - eastern and western food. And most importantly , the staff and the service. They were very helpful, respectful, and nice. We had some issues with the room, with transfer reservation and big problem with our flight. They gave us much assistance, put lots of effort, and helped a lot. Huge thanks to Mr. Noburo Kuga at the front desk, for his kindness and support.

Although the room size is on the small size, absolutely everything you could want or need is packed very carefully in there, from hairbrushes and shaving foam to mini fridge and so on. Very carefully planned use of the space. It was so quiet, no noise from corridors or the outside whatsoever (I *loved* this!), and the facilities were great. We used the lounge as a work planning space in the morning with coffee before heading out, and sometimes as a recreational space with beer in the evening, again it's quiet but immaculate. Oh, and the view of the city skyline from the room window is spectacular!

The location is excellent - convenient for transport access, and feels much more local and quiet than tourist-crazy Shibuya or Shinjuku. Staff are very helpful and friendly. A convenient area by the hotel for uber or taxi to pull into. The lounge area with a terrace and complimentary coffee/tea all day, and free drinks each evening is a fantastic value addition. Great to have a peaceful outdoor space to relax. The size of the rooms, and the amenities with nice large windows looking over the city are great. This is my second stay, and I’m planning to keep returning on my annual work trips!

Strong position in a quiet neighborhood, close to Mita and Asakusa subway lines and close to Tamachi JR Station. Relatively close to Hamamatsucho station if you are flying from Haneda airport. Also close to Tokyo Tower. Room was not very big but well designed and with everything expected from a 4-star hotel (also the view from the room is worth a mention). Very friendly and helpful staff. It is also quite nice that they have some drinks/snacks every evening in the main lounge.
